Train the Trainer day for Educational, Clinical Supervisors and senior radiology Registrars (S4, ST5).

  

• This is aimed at consultant radiologists and senior radiology registrars
• It will focus on best practice workplace-based education.
• The overall goal is to improve their teaching effectiveness
• The objectives are to:
• Explain how the ES report is crucial for trainee progression
• Understand the ARCP process
• Explain the steps involved in the Set, Dialogue and Closure Model
• Be able to give effective feedback
• Successful reduce mental, organisational and physical barriers to learning
• Know a range of skills to provide good education when time is short
• Skilfully support doctors in difficulty
