We will continue to run the ARCPs to a modified format, but still to the standards outlined in the Gold Guide (V8). The ‘Supporting the ‘COVID-19 Respond – Enabling Progression at ARCP’ document describes how this will look and aims to reassure you that every effort will be made to acknowledge the impact of COVID-19, if needed.
This date will be for feedback for ST4 ad ST5 trainees and some ST1-3 trainees to fill in the timetble gaps, Please sign up below for feedback on the 19th May 2021. Please state AM or PM after your name and we will try and accommodate this request.

The Form R (Parts A and Part B) & Wider Scope of Practice Form (if applicable).
These can be found on the Revalidation pages on HEE website.
This should be signed and dated not more than 4 weeks before the ARCP date (5th May 2021). Please also upload into a folder in documents on Kaizen, and return a copy via School of Radiology email in box
