Clinical Radiology Portfolio Review for ST1- ST4 ARCPs will be held on morning of 2nd June 2020 in Severn PGME, Park House, Bristol BS34 8YU.
This will be a Portfolio Review only.
Please ensure all your Educational Supervisor Reports are completed and submitted to your Kaizen E-Portfolio at least 2 weeks before this date. Refer to letter for more details.
The Form R and Wider Scope of Practice need to be emailed to:
SEVRadiology.sw@hee.nhs.uk by May 19th 2020.
The Radiology portfolio needs to be submitted by 9am on 2nd June 2020 for the panel to review.
