MS Teams
Train the Trainer Training Day for Educational, Clinical Supervisors and senior Radiology Registrars (ST4, ST5) will be held online.
- This is aimed at consultant radiologists and senior radiology registrars
- It will focus on best practice workplace-based education
- The overall goal is to improve their teaching effectiveness
- The objectives are to:
- Explain how the ES report is crucial for trainee progression
- Understand the ARCP process
- Explain the steps involved in the Set, Dialogue and Closure Model
- Be able to give effective feedback
- Successful reduce mental, organisational and physical barriers to learning
- Know a range of skills to provide good education when time is short
- Skilfully support doctors in difficulty

14:45 – 15:30 – The 2021 Radiology Curriculum (Louise Leon-Andrews, RCR)
15:30 -15:40 – Implications of the 2021 Radiology Curriculum locally (DL/TS)
15:50 - 16:00 – Wrap up (RG/DL/TS)
