Clinical Radiology ARCPS (Face to Face) for ST1-ST4 will be held on 18th or 25th June 2019 in Severn PGME, Park House, Bristol BS34 8YU.
Please sign up to attend on the most convenient day. If you require a morning appointment please add (AM) after your surname. If you require an afternoon appointment (after 13:00) please add PM after your surname.
All appointments times will be confirmed after 7th May 2019.
Please ensure all your Educational Supervisor Reports are completed and submitted to your Kaizen E-Portfolio by 23rd April 2019.
The Form R and Wider Scope of Practice need to be emailed to:

The portfolio needs to be submitted by 09:00am on 4th June for the panel to review
Please book the necessary leave of absence to attend from the workplace.
If you are on maternity leave you do not need to have an ARCP until your return to work.
